Postage and Packaging Information

Our Postage and Packaging Prices are for Mainland UK ONLY

We can ship Worldwide, but currently our webshop does not offer an automated service for calculating Shipping Worldwide. If you require goods shipping anywhere other than the Mainland UK please contact us BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

We aim to post your order on the same day you place it (prior to 2pm) and we use a selection of carefully vetted carriers to get your goods to you. Normal delivery is 2-5 days from your order being placed. You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been despatched.

Returns Policy

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on condition that the goods are returned to us in their original saleable condition, and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund postage costs (either way). Please contact us on returns@linencupboard.com prior to sending any returns to us.
